ABI Macroonns
Thoothukudi has long been famous for its cashew macaroons. Loved across the world but still relatively unexplored in most of India, macaroons are baked confections — crisp, featherweight and smooth on the outside — made from egg white, sugar and ground nuts.
Most macaroons are baked with egg whites beaten to a foam, with little or no flour. ABI Macroonns are made with just sugar, egg white and cashew nuts, giving a light, airy bite with a delicate crust.
